This public consultation will be used to inform the final design of the scheme. We therefore welcome your comments on the proposals.

Please note the deadline for comments is:

5pm, Wednesday 10th December 2025

Following this consultation we will collate all comments in line with national and local guidance and submit as part of the forthcoming outline planning application, which we are aiming to submit in Q4 of 2025.

Once the application is submitted and validated by the Local Planning Authority, you will also have the opportunity to send your comments to Ribble Valley Borough Council via their Public Access website.
